Based out of Champaign IL all are seasoned veteran musicians with decades of experience in both the Studio and Live work. Due to the lack of bands representing the Genre of new country (and old) and their love for older rock bands they decided to make the Ultimate Country Rock sensation, STEPHEN JAMES AND THE WHISKEY REBELS.

Playing everything from the most modern stuff of todays country hits, to the oldies that everyone grew up on Both country and rock. This is the new country experience.

Band members include members of X-Krush,and Matt Poss band. They have opened up for David Allen Coe and Blackberry Smoke to just name a few.
